Freight Rate Matrix
Organised complex international freight and route information, including Spain and Poland, into a usable decision-support matrix.
Locksmith Inventory System
A mobile-friendly Google Sheets inventory system for an automotive locksmith, making stock easy to check and update on a phone.

Conveyor Investment Business Case
Evaluated four overhead conveyors and the redeployment of 12 employees: about a 3.33-year payback and £389k NPV under the project’s assumptions. Academic business case, not implemented at Atlas Honda.
